Are you interested in advocacy or social justice within the youth development sector with a focus on solving youth unemployment? Are you passionate about designing the user experience for digital campaigns? Do you get excited about interpreting data to ensure success of advocacy campaigns? Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a confident individual who is energised by UX and CX and understanding audiences for the purpose of social justice.
This is a full-time Cape Town-based post, with occasional domestic travel required. Currently incubated by the DG Murray Trust (www.dgmt.co.za), Youth Capital (https://youthcapital.co.za/), is a campaign advocating for youth-centred and evidence-based solutions to youth unemployment. You will be working in a small but energetic team, growing and supporting Youth Capital’s digital community through UX and CX research and design.
